The batch turned out even better than expected, so she posted on social media to see if anyone wanted some. The response? “Me! Me! Me!” Her husband, impressed with the flavor and quality—“These are way better than the ones from the store!”—encouraged her to sell them.

Sulema began offering curbside pickups and quickly saw a huge demand as orders kept rolling in week after week. Soon, she expanded into local deliveries, calling in help from friends and family to keep up.
