Processing & Shipping Times

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated transit times are:

       • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

       • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days


Shipping Rates & Carriers

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.


Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the U.S. only (International shipping coming soon!).

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

• Nico Pico Candy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us at shopnicopico@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist with a replacement or claim.


Incorrect Addresses

• Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

• If an incorrect address is provided, Nico Pico Candy is not responsible for undelivered packages.


Refunds & Returns for Shipping Issues

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

• We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
